Saturday May 16th
J.R.'s Hide Away
With many biker runs that day, and with the Hood Canal bridge closed for repairs, traffic through Belfair, and especially J.R.'s was unbelievable. Z-Rexx wants to thank our fans who endured the traffic and the journey to come and see us at J.R.s. It was great to us to make so many new fans and friends with another mega turn out!

The Return of
Z-Rexx and the Ninjas
The latest True Adventures
of
Capt'n Zane
Well ladybugs and jellyfish here's the most recent information on the shocking and horrific event's transpiring in Sodium Loch Borough, events that have befallen upon our good Capt'n Zane.....The company that employed Zane to create a Security Infrastructure from scratch has experienced a Shuttle Explosion.....The company has been unable to meet payroll for many months...and Zane hasn't been paid in awhile, causing him to have to resort to eating road kill when ever he can find it. The company is being sued for the llargest amount of back unpaid wages in Utah State history....over two million dollars....So the amazing Ninjas have mounted a rescue mission to return Zane to his homeland. What this means is that Z-Rexx and the Ninjas will soon start to preform regularly, with a new and improved song list. They will make a truimphant return soon.....So stay tuned here for the latest developments, as Z-Rexx Under Sheriff Karin Suldan, Support Specialists Lenny, and explosives expert Crash McGrew streak to Soduim Loch Borough to rescue Capt'n Zane and return him so the mighty and magnificent Z-Rexx and the Ninjas can once again roam the stages of the Pacific Northwest...
Beach Side Grill
Saturday December 27
After all of Kitsap County being snowed in from the Blizzards of 2008, then a bit of reprieve from the ice and snow as a goodly portion of the frozen muck ebbed away allowing, millions of Z-Rexx and the Ninjas fans to escape their cabin fever and make it to The Beach Side Grill for this gig. As Zane arrived early, in an attempt to save a seat for Rebecca it was clearly evident that the club was already going to be standing room only event.
There were all sorts of past, present, and future friends milling around the club anxiously waiting the start of the great Z-Rexx and the Ninjas....in attendance were Clay's wife and daughter, Mel and Kristie, as well as Rebecca and Amanda. Also Teena was there sending her support through the air waves. Holly made an appearance looking smashing, and friends from Zane's high school, John Durupt and his lovely wife Renee Freeman were in attendance.
The band had some new tunes in their arsenal of hits and the crowd was soon being regaled by these classic rock and roll numbers that had the crowd swilling refreshments and cutting the rug.
Our gig at the Beach Side Grill on
Friday November the 28th,
A gig that was fraught with excitement and danger. With a standing room only crowd, some of Z-Rexx's finest and important fans were relegated to the back recesses of the Club.
Clay's beautiful wife Mel, his gorgeous daughter Kristi, as well as the one and only Rebecca Lovely had to sit off in the corner, even though Zane valiantly had moved tables and used his expensive customized Z-Rexx and the Ninjas Jacket to save Mel, Kristi, and Rebecca a table. Sadly it was to no avail as the multitude of fans had inundated the Club and took over the reserved table. Zane was severaly verbally chastized by Mel and Kristi, however Rebecca was quite vociferous about the less then VIP location.
Wendy's brother, the very talented Randy was there with his charming daughter Trisha to lend their support to Z-Rexx and the Ninjas.
We thank Donna and her friends for being there to support the Z-Rexx cause.
And the always wonderful Becky and her man Dan were there cutting ther rug on Dan's favorite tune Mustang Sally.
It appears as if Z-Rexx and the Ninjas, and their fans are out growing their beloved Beach Side Grill.
The next night Saturday November 29th at MD.s
Formally Ammiratos.
Another standing room only perfornance. Many of our friends and family were there. Clay had the Lion's share of a following, with Ed, Clays' brother Steve and his beautiufl wife, and her wonderful daughter, and a whole plethora of Clay fans.
Z-Rexx thanks Mel and Kristi for showing up for both nights, and Z-Rexx really enjoys seeing those two beautiful girls in the audience..Yay!
Old Zane road mates from the eighties were there, Stars such as Jamie Johannson, and Tim Glitch, as well former sound man Todd Finnemam. Special guest performers included Jamie, and Tim doing Rock and Roll Led Zeppelin. Special Guest Jeff Rose did a bang up rendition of "Breakfast at Tiffany's" and an awesome version of Sam Cooke's "Bring it on Home".
Zane's Mom was there, as it was the Official Observance of Zane's 44th Birthday. Accompanying Zane's Mom was his lovely Sister Sally.
Teena was there taking pictures and providing her cheers and support for the band. Teena was once the lead vocalist in Zane and George's band Valla-Dia back in 1976, ah yes those were great times. Z-Rexx loves Teena....
